Sri Sudama Ji Shandilya, learned counsel appearing for the opposite parties
no. 1 & 3 has filed an affidavit of compliance on their behalf. According to
the affidavit, pursuant to the directions of the writ court the representation of
the applicant has since been decided, by order dated 5.4.2010. In this view of
the matter no further consideration is required.

Notices are discharges. Application is consigned to record.

It would however be open to the applicant to assail the correctness of the
order so passed before the appropriate forum.
