ORAL
ORDER

Today
Respondent nos. 2 & 3, namely Pravin Ramanlal Shah and Nansaheb
Mahadev Shinde have personally remain present before this Court in
response to the notice issued by this Court on 29/3/2010. They have
been carrying with them the original notice served upon them.

Both
of them have jointly requested for granting some time so that they
may engage advocate to represent them in this appeal. In the morning
there was a request from learned advocate Shri Naik for adjourning
this matter to 23/4/2010. The Court is of the view that though the
matter is very old but as the respondent nos. 2 & 3 have
approached the Court in person and requested for time for engaging
advocate, time must be granted to them. Matter at their request is
kept on 23/6/2010, with a specific observation that both the
respondents shall make arrangements for representing them by the next
date as the matter is that of year 1997 and the Court would not
thereafter like to adjourn it on any count.

Adjourned
to 23/6/2010.
