petitioner, matter was adjourned enabling him to file a

supplementary affidavit bringing on record all the

relevant documents/orders including the order passed by

this Court.

However, when this matter is called out, no

one appears on behalf of the petitioner to press this

application. Mr. Ashutosh Singh, AC to GP-8, is

present on behalf of the State.

It does not appear from the record that any

supplementary affidavit has been filed on behalf of the

petitioner.

As a result, this application is dismissed for

want of prosecution.
