which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks, failing which the

application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the

Bench.

List this matter after service of notice or appearance of

opposite party no.2 whichever is earlier.

In the meantime, further proceedings of Sarairanjan P.S.

Case no.154/2007 pending in the court of Sub divisional Judicial

Magistrate, Samastipur shall remain stayed till further order of this

court.
