ORAL
ORDER

(Per
: HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE DN PATEL)

Present
Civil Applications have been preferred for condoning the delay of
198 days caused in preferring these First Appeals against the
judgment and award passed by the Principal Senior Civil Judge,
Gandhinagar in Land Acquisition Reference Nos.92/2005, 97/2005,
98/2005 and 99 of 2005.

Having
heard the counsels appearing on behalf of both the sides especially
the counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents has no objection
for condonation of delay and also looking to the reasons stated in
the Civil Applications, there are reasonable reasons for condonation
of delay. As the counsel appearing on behalf of original claimant is
not inviting the reasons in detail, we are not giving the reasons in
detail suffice it to say that there are reasonable reasons for
condoning the delay. Delay is accordingly condoned. Rule is made
absolute. These Civil Applications are accordingly allowed.
