Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.G.A. appearing for the
State.

We have been taken through the allegations contained in the F.I.R. and
material on record.

Under the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that till
submission of charge sheet, the arrest of the petitioner who is wanted in Case
Crime No. 271 of 2010, under sections 409/467/468/471/419/420 I.P.C. P.S.
Kotwali District Ballia shall remain stayed, of course subject to the restraint
that the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and shall
appear as and when called upon to assist in the investigation.

With the above observations, the writ petition is finally disposed of.
