This appeal is filed against an interim order passed by the

learned Single Judge. The counsel for the appellant submitted

that the O.P. itself is posted to next week. In the above

circumstances, we are of the opinion that no interference is

required at present so that the main writ petition itself can be

disposed of immediately. Accordingly this writ appeal is

disposed of.
