2. 6.10.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner

and the State.

Renewing the prayer for bail on the 4th

occasion, the period of custody since 7.11.2005 is

emphasized, along with submission that he has

completed over one and a half year’s further custody

from the last rejection on 22.4.2009.

This Court has rejected the prayer for

bail on merits thrice. On each occasion the

petitioner has availed his remedies before the

Supreme Court against the order of this Court

unsuccessfully.

This Court is not satisfied in the

aforesaid background to reconsider the prayer for

bail on this 4th occasion.

The application is rejected.
