3. 13.10.2011 The learned counsel for the petitioner is

present. It appears that earlier notices were issued on

the respondent who has also appeared by filing

vakalatnama. Today when the case is called out for

admission nobody appeared on behalf of the

respondents. Therefore, put up on 20th October 2011. It

is made clear that if on that day the respondent will not

appear then also this writ application shall be heard in

admission matter and will be finally disposed of.
