Present bail application has been filed on behalf of applicant Mullo
in Case Crime No. 588 of 2007, under Section 364/324 I.P.C., P.S.
Gunj Dundwara, District Etah.

Learned counsel for the applicant informed that the trial is
concluded in the present case and applicant has already been
acquitted.

Hence, present bail application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the same is rejected.
