2. 5.8.2011 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

counsel for the State.

It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the

State that the present case is completely covered by the decision of the

Division Bench rendered in L.P.A. No. 1214/2009 and its analogous

cases.

This writ is disposed of with observation that if the case

of the petitioner comes within the parameters of law decided by the said

Division Bench, his case will also be considered by authorities in the

light of the said decision.
