5 15.9.2010 A show cause has been filed on behalf of Opposite

party no.2 wherein it has been stated that a sum of

Rs.5,10,418.00 towards principal amount has already been paid

to the petitioner whereas a sum of Rs.1,03,785 towards interest

has been calculated and sanctioned by the Law Department vide

memo no.139 dated 8.9.2010 which would also be paid to the

petitioner.

Let the aforesaid amount of Rs.1,03,785/- be paid to

the petitioner at the earliest.

With the aforesaid direction, this application stands

disposed of.
