This is an application praying for withdrawal of the writ petition
with liberty to file a fresh writ petition challenging the report dated
26.04.2010 as well as the order dated 11.05.2010.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the report dated
26.04.2010 was not challenged in the writ petition, hence he may
be given liberty to file a fresh writ petition.

The prayer is allowed.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
