                                JUDGMENT

The complaint raised by the petitioner in these two Contempt of Court

Cases, is that the directions issued by this court in Annexure A judgment

have not been complied with. It is now submitted that the petitioner is

availing other remedies to challenge the impugned orders in appropriate

proceedings. Accordingly, the Contempt of Court Cases are closed.
