                             J U D G M E N T

Ext.P1 is an application made by the petitioner for revision of his

own timings and in this writ petition prayer sought for is to expedite orders

on Ext.P1.

In view of the pendency of Ext.P1 and the facts as stated above, this

writ petition is disposed of directing that the respondent shall take up,

consider and pass orders on Ext.P1, as expeditiously as possible, at any

rate within 8 weeks of production of a copy of this judgment.
