09. 25.08.2011 In compliance of the order of the High Court dated
3.8.2011 Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal
Corporation has filed show cause stating that 16 persons have
been paid arrears of difference of salary pursuant to revised pay
scale. Reason for such payment has been indicated in the chart,
Annexure-E series appended with the show cause. Counsel for
the petitioners states that show cause has been served on him
today in the Court itself and he requires time to verify the
contents of the show cause.
Put up on 5.9.2011 at 10.30 A.M. On the adjourned
date appearance of the Municipal Commissioner, Patna
Municipal Corporation is dispensed with for that date.
