in the memo of bail application as well as in the bail order dated 20.
8.2009, which is supported by an affidavit.
The application is allowed and the accused applicant is permitted to
make correction, as per prayer, in the memo of bail application.
The order dated 20.08.2009 is corrected accordingly. Office is directed
to make correction in the certified copy of the order dated 20.08.2009 if
already issued.
