In the present case, three persons namely Narendra Singh, Samar Bahadur
Singh and Chhabinath Singh have been convicted in Session Trial No. 519 of
2007 under Sections 302/34 & 354 IPC and Section 25(1-B) Arms Act, P.S.
Bisawan, district Sitapur vide judgment dated 05.02.2010.

There are two appellants namely Chhavinath Singh and Samar Bahadur Singh
in the present Appeal but Appeal of accused Narendra Singh has not been
connected with the present file.

Office is directed to connect the Appeal of the accused Narendra Singh, if
preferred and list both the cases in the cause list.
