directed for admission thereof.

At this stage, learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he
has no objection in case the revision petition is accepted and the impugned order is
set aside.

In view of the stand of the respondents, the revision petition is
accepted and the impugned order passed by the learned court below is set aside.
