Rule.

Service is waived.

The
applicant has filed this application for grant of 30 days parole to
enable him to file an appeal before this Court against the judgment
and order dated 21.3.2011 passed in Sessions Case No.195 of 2009 by
engaging an advocate of his choice and for other preparation.

Considering
the jail record of the applicant,the applicant is granted 15
[fifteen] days parole from the date of release on usual conditions.
Rule is made absolute. Registry is directed to communicate this order
to the applicant through the Jail Authority.
