5/ 11.7.2008 By order dated 18.12.2007, Xerox copy of the
case diary was called for and when the case diary was
not received, by order dated 27.2.2008 urgent reminder
was issued and thereafter another urgent 2nd reminder
was issued on 10.4.2008.
From the office note it appears that only
supplementary Xerox copy of case diary has been
received.
Learned counsel for the appellants submits
that what was the material against the petitioners that
has been incorporated in the supplementary case diary
and the petitioners are also in possession entire photo
copy of the case diary.
As prayed for, let both the above cases be
listed “For Admission” before appropriate Bench.
