On perusal of office report dated 6.7.2010, it transpires that notices
were issued to respondent nos. 4 to 6 by R.P.A.D. Neither
undelivered cover nor acknowledgement has been received back.

Sri Sanjay Kumar Advocate has filed Vakalatnama on behalf of
respondents. His name is also shown in the cause list. It appears
that office has wrongly listed the instant petition.

Respondents’ counsel prays for and is allowed two weeks’ time to
file counter affidavit.
