The petitioner is not satisfied with the marks awarded to her in
certain papers of B.A. Part-II Examination 2010 conducted by
Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur (hereinafter
referred to as the ‘University’)
Sri Neeraj Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent-University
states that in such circumstances, the petitioner can approach the
Examination Controller of the University who shall look into the
matter and take an appropriate decision.
In view of the aforesaid, this petition is disposed of with a
direction that in the event the petitioners file an appropriate
application along with the certified copy of this order, before the
Examination Controller of the University within a period of two
weeks from today, the Examination Controller of the University
shall examine the matter and take an appropriate decision
expeditiously, preferably within a period of one month from the
date of filing of the application.
