3 15.11.2011 Issue notice to opposite party no.2 by both processes that is
under ordinary process as well as under registered cover with A/d for
which requisites etc. must be filed within two weeks from today,
failing which the application shall stand dismissed without further
reference to the Bench against him.
List this matter after service of notice or appearance of
opposite party no.2 whichever is earlier.
In the meantime, further proceedings of Complaint Case
no.C-1523/1994 pending in the court of Sri Komal Ram, Judicial
Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria or his successor shall remain stayed till
further order of this court in respect of the petitioner only.
