3. 21.07.2011 By the order dated 22.06.2011 that the appellant was

granted one week time to remove the defects pointed by the

office. In pursuance to the said order the necessary steps have

been taken by the appellant to remove the defects. The office

is directed to take steps for getting the stamp report about the

deficit court fee and the Stamp Report Section is also directed

to make the necessary report in view of the pendency of

I.A.No. 4018 of 2011.

Let the necessary steps be taken regarding payment of

deficit court fee and removal of defects, if any, in order to

place the I.A.No. 4018 of 2011 for orders within two weeks.
