Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned

counsel for the State.

All the three petitioners have been shown assailant but

one of the injuries of Hira Devi is found grievous caused by lathi

though on head but petitioners remained in custody since

23.05.2011 and there is land dispute in between the parties as

they come from common ancestor.

Considering the same, prayer of the petitioners for bail

is allowed.

Let the above named petitioners be released on bail on

furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two

sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M.,

Saran, Chapra in connection with Dighwara P.S. Case No. 61 of

2011.
