Sri N.C. Mehrotra, counsel for the opposite parties makes a statement that in
compliance of the order of this Court the representation of the petitioner has
been decided vide order dated 11.6.2001.

In this view of the matter, no further orders are required to be passed in this
contempt petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
