/5/ 14.07.2008 The office note is that in order, dated 23.06.2008, the

name of the petitioner has wrongly been mentioned as

Deepak Yadav & Ors. in place of Bablu Yadav & Ors. I find

that similar mistake is there in daily cause list. It seems that

this error has cropped up because of wrong feeding of the

petitioners’ name.

2. However, the name of petitioner at the top of the

order is modified as Bablu Yadav & Ors.
