The
present application is for condonation of delay of 25 days in
preferring Letters Patent Appeal against the judgement and order of
the learned Single Judge dated 27.07.2010 passed in Special Civil
Application No.4497/94.
The
respondents are served and Mr.Bhavesh Choksi has filed appearance
for respondent no.2. For respondent no.1, none appears.
Considering
the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the
application for condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out.
Hence, delay deserves to be condoned and therefore, condoned.
Application
allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
