Sri Vivek Singh, Advocate, states that pursuant to order dated 4.5.2010
required information was sought from the Executive Officer, Nagar
Panchayat, Saidpur, District Ghazipur vide letter dated 19.5.2007. Further
again a reminder was served in his office on 3rd July, 2010 but till date he has
not received any response.

List this case on 21st July, 2010, whoever is posted as Executive Officer,
Nagar Panchayat, Saidpur District Ghazipur shall remain present on the said
date along with required information.

Copy of this order may be provided to the learned counsel for the parties on
payment of usual charges within 48 hours.
