Record of the writ petition reflects that till date no orders have been passed
for issuing notice on respondent no.3.

On the earlier occasion, learned Stganding Counsel was accorded four weeks
time to file counter affidavit.

It has been informed that respondent no.3 is represented before this court
through Sri M.N. Singh, Advocate. Learned counsel for the petitioner shall
service copy of the writ petition within 72 hours and Sri M.N. Singh,
Advocate shall ensure that counter affidavit is filed within six weeks .
Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

List after eight weeks.
