:

1. The appellant was heard on 14/07/2008.

2. In response to the application for information, the CPIO has duly replied, with
which the appellant is not satisfied. During the hearing, the appellant alleged that the
respondent has not made budgetary provisions for implementation of SC SP and
TSP scheme for the benefits of SC/ST community.

Decision:

3. As there is no denial of information, the appellant is advised to seek details of
implementation of relevant policies for the SC/ST communities through inspection of
relevant records. Accordingly, he should make representation before the competent
authorities to do the needful in the matter.

4. The appeal is thus disposed of.
