Present
appeal is preferred by the appellant-Food Inspector being aggrieved
by and dissatisfied with the judgment and order of acquittal dated
09th June 1989 passed by the learned Chief Judicial
Magistrate, Navsari, in Criminal Appeal No.7226 of 1984.

Today,
Mr.M.C. Shah is not available. Hence, office is directed to issue
Fresh Notice to the appellant-Food Inspector or his successor
in his office through Chief Officer of Navsari Municipality,
returnable on 13th December 2010.
