:
1. The case was scheduled for hearing on 18/3/2009. But, the appellant did
not avail of this opportunity.
2. The appellant has asked for certain information relating to construction of
power grid lines. The CPIO has duly replied and furnished the information on the
basis of available records. There is, however, no denial of information.
Decision:
3. The respondent has furnished a point-wise response and thus furnished
the information. Since there is no denial of information and that the appellant has
not responded to the hearing, it is presumed that he is no more interested in
pursuing the matter.
4. With these observations, the appeal is disposed of.
