This is an application for recall of the order dated 25.2.2010.

Learned Standing Counsel submits that in compliance of the order dated
25.2.2010, Rs.25,000/- has been deposited in the Registry of this Court on
11.3.2010.

In view of the above, the application is misconceived and it is rejected.

At this stage, learned Standing Counsel prays for and is accorded three weeks’
time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within one
week.
