9/ 27.10.2010 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and

learned counsel for the State.

Petitioner is husband alleged for cruelty for

demand of dowry including ouster is defended by

making the submission that boy was kidnapped while

he was minor and married forcibly for that complaint

case is lodged but only after present case makes the

allegation more serious disentitles him for anticipatory

bail.

Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is

rejected.
