         The Appellant was present in person.

         On behalf of the Respondent, Shri Jagdishwar Rao was present.

2. We heard this case through videoconferencing. The Appellant was present in 

the Angul studio of the NIC. The Respondent was present in the Sambalpur studio. We 

heard their submissions.

3. The Appellant had wanted a number of information concerning the MCL branch 

of the bank. The CPIO had provided some information. On a careful examination of the 

information  provided  by  the  CPIO,   we  noted  that   there  were  a  few  more  items   of 

information which he should have provided. Therefore, we now direct him to provide to 

the   Appellant   within   10   working   days   from   the   receipt   of   this   order   the   following 

information:

i) the number of customers of this particular branch, year­wise, during the previous four 

years;

ii)   the  photocopy   of   the  letter   bearing   number     MISC/121/06­07   dated   20  October 

2006; and

iii) the total amount of rent paid by the bank to the MCL towards the house rent for 

each of the quarters, year­wise, for the previous 2 years.

4. With the above direction, the appeal is disposed off.
