Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned A.G.A.

It is argued by the learned counsel for the applicant that the
general role has been assigned to all the four accused persons.
There are firearm injuries. The applicant is an old man. In the site
plan, no blood is shown and the place from where the witnesses
saw the incident is not mentioned.

Per contra, learned AGA argued that the four persons are said to
have fired on the deceased and the medical evidence corroborates
the eye witness account.

In this view of the matter, I find no ground to enlarge the applicant
on bail. The bail application is accordingly rejected.
