No counter affidavit has been filed to the Impleadment Application.

Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he is bonafide purchaser
of the land in dispute, which has purchased after paying due sale
consideration in the year 1986. Being a purchaser, he is a necessary party to
the case.

In view of the above, the Impleadment Application is allowed.

Let necessary impleadment be carried out and necessary steps be taken within
two weeks.
