In pursuance to the order dated 10.5.2010, learned counsel for the petitioner
has filed two affidavits one of the attesting witness to the Will and the other
with regard to the properties left behind by the deceased. Both the affidavits
are taken on record.

However as the original Will has not been filed, learned counsel for the
petitioner prays for and is allowed 10 days’ time for filing the original Will
dated 4.5.03.

List after 10 days.
