Heard learned counsel for the parties.

It is stated that petitioner was neither impleaded as necessary party in
the proceeding nor he was heard before impugned order passed by Dy.
Director of Consolidation. Be as it may, it is open for the petitioner to move
restoration application before the Dy. Director of Consolidation itself.

In case, such restoration application is moved by the petitioner within
fifteen days from today, the same shall be decided in accordance with law
without examining the question of limitation in respect of moving such
restoration application.

With the aforesaid observation and direction, writ petition stands
dismissed.
