Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner for impleading the
transferees pendente lite Shyam Singh, Nishan Singh, Satnam Singh sons of
Gurdeep Singh and Gurdeep Singh son of Santa Singh in the present case as
Respondent no. 8 to 11.

For the reasons given in the accompanying affidavit impleadment application
is allowed.

Necessary amendments may be made in the array of the parties by the office
within a week.
