This is yet another writ application in which the

application of the petitioner on the issue of appointment on the

post of Anganbari Supervisor has not been decided since January,

2011. Annexure-4 is the application of the petitioner filed in this

regard.

Without expressing any opinion on the merit of the

claim, let the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea decide the case of

the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of

production/communication of a copy of this order.

This writ application is disposed of with the above

direction.
