                             J U D G M E N T

It is now informed by the learned Government Pleader that a

request similar to Ext.P1 was made by the petitioner prior to Ext.P1. It is

stated that the request so made was considered by the respondent and

rejected by its proceedings dated 19/1/2004.

In view of the above nothing survives in this writ petition. Writ

petition is disposed of as above.
