Through the counter affidavit it has been submitted that final decision has
been taken by him with regard to the final pension of the petitioner.

Being satisfied with the action of the opposite parties, I hereby exempt the
appearance of the opposite parties. However, since learned counsel for the
petitioner Mr.Vishal Singh, seeks a week’s time to file the reply, the time is
allowed.
