28. 10.12.2010 This case is with respect to the election of 14th Bihar

Legislative Assembly from 152,Bihpur Assembly Constituency for

which election was held in the year 2005.

The term of the said Assembly Election has come to an

end, whereafter another General Election has been concluded recently.

In the said circumstances, this petition has become

infructuous and is accordingly dismissed.
