Title: Introduction of the Agricultural Land Acquisition Regulatory Authority Bill, 2007.
श्री हंसराज गं. अहीर (चन्द्रपुर) : महोदय, मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूँ:
“कि देश में भूमि के अर्जन के विनियमन के प्रयोजन के लिए कृषि भूमि अर्जन विनियामक प्राधिकरण के गठन और तत्संबंधी अथवा उसके आनुषांगिक विषयों का उपबंध करने वाले विधेयक को पुरःस्थापित करने की अनुमति दी जाए।”
MR. CHAIRMAN: The question is:
“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to provide for the constitution of an Agricultural Land Acquisition Regulatory Authority for the purpose of regulation of land acquisition in the country and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.”
The motion was adopted.
