The grievance of the petitioners is that they have qualified the
selection test for Special B.T.C. Training – 2009 but they were not
given any intimation about the date of counselling which took
place on 23.12.2009.

Learned Standing Counsel who has accepted notice on behalf of
respondents no.1, 2 and 4 and Sri R.S. Prasad who has accepted
notice on behalf of respondent no.3 pray for and are allowed three
days time for seeking instructions and to specifically state on
affidavit as to in what manner the notice of counselling to appear
on 23.12.2009 was given to the petitioner by respondent no.2.
