perusal of the jail record it appears that the applicant has availed
two parole and one furlough leave in the month of October, 2009,
February, 2010 and April, 2010 and, therefore, the order refusing to
grant parole by the authority cannot be said to be in any manner
unreasonable warranting any interference by this Court.

The
application stands rejected.
