Judgment

Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan, J.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the disappearance

of her son. She has certain allegations against

the private respondents herein. We do not wish to

state anything because the police is continuing

with the investigation as a case of man-missing

which has been duly registered.

Pursuant to the earlier interim orders, different

statements came on record and as of now, the

affidavit in terms of the last interim order is

also on record. The Assistant Commissioner of

Police states that till now, they have not been

able to establish any lead that would connect the

second respondent to state specifically that the

missing person is under the detention of the

second respondent. We record this and order this

writ petition directing that investigation shall

WPCR319/09 -: 2 :-

proceed with all vigour and shall be completed

appropriately in accordance with law. We also

leave open the right of the petitioner to move

the appropriate authorities, if it becomes

necessary, to make any further complaint

regarding any laxity in the matter of

investigation, if it so happens in due course.

Thottathil B.Radhakrishnan,
Judge.

P.S.Gopinathan,
Judge.
